Alex has a successful track record in working with leaders to measurably improve business results, by improving the quality of the conversations leaders have with each other and their people. He does this through leading organisational change projects for clients; by facilitating leaders in partner organisations to work with each other and by working ‘on the job’ with senior teams and individuals on ‘live’ business issues.
As such, Alex is currently busy with:
Coaching a COO and his team as they merge 2 global companies / very different cultures of 60K people in the Telecommunications Sector
Coaching a Senior Military and Business Leaders in a complex Government and Multi Organisational Partnering arrangement to speed up the efficiency and delivery of kit and capability to the ‘front line’.
One of the faculty heading a Leadership programme to enable a major multinational in the telecoms sector as they go through the process of re-inventing themselves from being a producer of devices to becoming a global ‘internet company’
Alex is fluent in English/Spanish/German/Italian. He has lived and worked in the UK/USA/ Austria/Italy/Spain. These experiences (and his Austrian/Spanish background) enable him to work with teams and individuals delivering in multi-cultural/national environments. Practical experience comes from running his own successful Interior Design/Renovation firm in New York for 6 years. Since then Alex has delivered large-scale organisational change projects.
