The inconvenience with traditional "Individual" coaching is the absence of dynamics between the coachee and his/her environment

For that reason, we prefer to coach the individual inside of his/her working environment. This way of working is very challenging both for the coachee (more exposed, receiving direct feedback from us but from his/her team also) and for us (team dynamics are more complex to coach than individuals).

The results however, tend to be more effective: a sustainable, new dynamic is engaged between the individuals and their teams. A larger amount of people benefited of the coaching as opposed to one individual. The coaching was done within the real life situation/context of the coachee.
