The Enablers Network unites professionals (Business School faculty, psychologists, army officers and consultants) into a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team.
Rather than being driven by “cast in stone” sets of values, our actions are guided by an adaptive set of beliefs.
Lets add some text and a link to the book page.
Now I need to link to a document.
And lastly I want an image in here too...
- Clarity, meaning and capacity to influence are crucial if an organization intends to engage its employees in changes which produce long lasting results.
- People are more likely to act their way into a new way of thinking than think their way into a new way of acting. Behavioural change takes
place through feedback and people experimenting with new value creating
behaviours rather than through preaching and slide shows.
- Stories and behaviours are more powerful than strategies.
People believe in what they see. Strategy becomes an illusion if
leaders do not consistently walk the talk.
- Engaging instead of Selling: Effective leaders engage their
teams’ intellectual, emotional and creative capacities instead of
selling change to a passive audience.
- Exploration and conclusion: Leaders capable of exploring
with their teams prior to acting on conclusions, create a unique
competitive advantage for their organization.
- Working on the three Agendas: Co-creating clarity around the
Strategic Agenda, defining the Rules of Engagement which will support
it and setting conditions for people to do/be their best are the basis
for sustainable business success.
